Your use of our platform indicates your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies contained herein. We provide resources and information related to public speaking confidence, presentation skills development, and overcoming stage fright through gradual exposure and preparation techniques. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of our platform. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, obscene or abusive content, and disrupting normal flow of dialogue within our community.

Our materials relating to public speaking techniques, presentation structure, vocal variety, body language, eye contact engagement, and Toastmasters community resources remain our intellectual property. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using them. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so this may not apply to you. Termination of Service
